You have to be 18+ years of age. All guests operating a PWC, MUST have a valid government issued photo ID including their birth date. Additionally, all PWC operators born on and after January 1, 1988, MUST obtain a Temporary or Permanent Boater’s Education Certificate PRIOR to arrival. The original copy of your government issued ID must be in your possession at all times while operating a PWC. A paper copy or digital copy of the Boater’s Education Certificate must also be in your possession.

All guests in your party MUST arrive no later than 30 minutes prior to the reserved departure time. Upon arrival, all guests must meet the requirements listed to participate in the rental of a PWC. If all requirements are not met, you may be subject to a non-refundable forfeit of the reservation or rescheduling of the reservation to a later date within one year from the original reservation.

A physical copy of a major credit card or debit card is REQUIRED upon arrival to place a $200 hold per PWC in the case of physical damages to the unit.  Please keep in mind that you are liable for all damages or injuries caused by or to our PWC regardless of who is at fault, NO EXCEPTIONS.

All guests that intend on renting a PWC must be at least 18 years of age. Minors must be at least 16 years of age to operate a jet ski with a valid government issued photo ID, a Boater’s Education Certificate and they MUST have their legal guardian or parent present the entire duration of the rental. Passengers must be at least 6 years of age and must ride behind the PWC operator at all times. Passengers MUSTbe able to comprehend the dangers of the activity, NO EXCEPTIONS.

Proper eye protection is required at all times while operating or participating in a PWC rental. Sunglasses are sufficient for the sun’s powerful rays and debris that may fly into eyes at high speeds. Sunglasses and lanyards are available for sale on site or at time of booking online.
